# An Anki alternative that writes your cards

Anki proved that spaced repetition works. Toly keeps the method and removes the work: you type a word, and the card is written for you.

## Keep the method. Skip the busywork.

Most people who leave Anki don’t leave spaced repetition: they leave the card-making. Formatting fields, copying definitions, and adding audio take longer than the reviewing.

In Toly, one word is enough. The back (meaning, example, pronunciation, synonyms) is written in a second, and the card joins your review schedule right away.

**resilient**, /rɪˈzɪl.i.ənt/ · adjective (English vocabulary)

- Meaning: Able to recover quickly after something difficult.
- Example: “Kids are more resilient than we think.”
- Synonyms: tough · adaptable
- Antonyms: fragile · weak
