# Get in touch

Questions, ideas, or something not working? We read every message.

Email us at [hello@toly.app](mailto:hello@toly.app). We usually reply within two working days.

## Reporting a problem

The fastest way is from the app: open **Settings → Report a problem**. It helps if you tell us:

- what you were trying to do,
- what happened instead,
- your iPhone model and iOS version.

## Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To cancel, open **Settings → your name → Subscriptions** on your iPhone. For refunds, use [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com).
