These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Toly mobile application (“Toly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Toly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
- Use of the App Toly is a learning application designed to help users study and retain information using flashcards and related features. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
– Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
– Attempt to interfere with the app’s security or functionality
– Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app without permission
– Use the app to harm, abuse, or mislead others
- User Accounts Some features of Toly may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Subscriptions and Payments Toly offers optional paid subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
– Payments are charged to your Apple ID account
– Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
– Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period
– You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings

- Free Trials If Toly offers a free trial, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends. Only one free trial may be available per user unless stated otherwise.
- Intellectual Property All content in Toly, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, icons, trademarks, and software, is the property of Toly or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
- User Content You retain ownership of content you create within Toly (such as custom cards or notes). By using the app, you grant Toly a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process this content solely for providing and improving the service.
- Disclaimer Toly is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that learning outcomes will be achieved.
Use of the app is at your own risk.
- Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to use Toly in the 12 months prior to the claim.
- Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to Toly at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time.
- Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app or on our website. Continued use of Toly after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
- Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
