Reporting a problem
The fastest way is from the app: open Settings → Report a problem. It helps if you tell us:
- what you were trying to do,
- what happened instead,
- your iPhone model and iOS version.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To cancel, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
